📖 hyperNET Server Rules
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Welcome to the official hyperNET community. These rules are designed to keep our server friendly, safe, organized, and useful for everyone. By joining or remaining in this server, you agree to follow these rules, Discord's policies, and hyperNET's Terms of Service.
🤝 Respect Everyone
Treat all members, customers, staff, and visitors with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, targeted insults, personal attacks, or deliberately hostile behavior are not permitted. Disagreements are allowed, but they must remain respectful and constructive.
🚫 No Spam or Unwanted Promotion
Do not spam messages, reactions, mentions, links, or repeated content. Advertising, unsolicited promotion, referral links, invite links, and self-promotion require staff permission. Do not abuse @everyone, @here, or other mention systems.
💬 Use the Correct Channels
Keep discussions in their appropriate channels and follow the purpose of each channel. Avoid derailing conversations, flooding unrelated channels, or repeatedly posting the same question or content in multiple places.
🔞 No NSFW, Illegal, or Harmful Content
Do not share pornography, sexually explicit material, illegal content, malware, harmful files, scams, phishing links, or other content that could endanger or seriously disturb members. Content that violates applicable law or Discord policies is prohibited.
🎭 No Impersonation
Do not impersonate hyperNET staff, administrators, customers, partners, bots, or other community members. Do not use names, profile pictures, or messages intended to deceive others into believing you represent someone else.
🛡️ No Abuse or Exploitation
Do not attempt to exploit, attack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to hyperNET services, infrastructure, Discord systems, or other users' accounts. Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly rather than abused.
📜 Follow Discord Policies
All members must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines, as well as applicable laws and hyperNET policies. A violation of Discord's policies may also result in action within the hyperNET community.
👮 Staff & Moderation
Staff members are responsible for maintaining order and protecting the community. Moderation decisions should be respected. If you believe a decision was incorrect, calmly open a support ticket or contact the appropriate staff member instead of arguing, harassing staff, or disrupting the server.
🔒 Respect Privacy
Never share another person's private or sensitive information without their permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, passwords, account credentials, private messages, payment information, or other personally identifying information. Doxxing and attempts to expose private information are strictly prohibited.
💙 Community Responsibility
Help keep hyperNET welcoming and constructive. Do not intentionally create unnecessary conflict, manipulate other members, spread malicious misinformation, or encourage others to break these rules. When possible, report serious issues to staff rather than escalating them publicly.
⚠️ Enforcement
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, message removal, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, or hyperNET service suspension/termination, depending on the severity and circumstances of the violation. hyperNET may take immediate action for serious violations, especially those involving threats, illegal activity, fraud, security abuse, harassment, or attacks against our infrastructure or community.
📌 Agreement
By joining or remaining in the hyperNET server and/or using hyperNET services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these rules and the hyperNET Terms of Service. Thank you for helping keep hyperNET a safe, respectful, and welcoming community. 💙
