By creating an account, purchasing, or using any hyperNET service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms help keep our platform secure, reliable, and fair for all customers.
💳 Payments & Billing
Services must be paid according to the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for paying invoices on time and maintaining valid payment information. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination. hyperNET is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
🔄 Refund Policy
Refund requests are generally accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After that period, payments are non-refundable unless approved by hyperNET or required by applicable law. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or significant service usage.
🚫 Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for illegal or harmful activities, including malware, phishing, spam, scams, credential theft, DDoS attacks, unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or actions that disrupt other users or networks. Attempting to compromise hyperNET systems, servers, databases, panels, or another customer's services is strictly prohibited. This includes unauthorized scanning, credential attacks, and security bypass attempts. Vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly.
💾 Backups & Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Unless a written backup guarantee exists, do not rely on hyperNET as your only copy of important data. We are not liable for data loss caused by deletion, failures, security incidents, or customer actions where permitted by law.
⚙️ Resource Usage
Services must be used fairly within their intended limits. Excessive CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, or disk usage that negatively impacts infrastructure or other customers may result in limitations, temporary restrictions, or suspension.
🛑 Suspension & Termination
hyperNET may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or create security or operational risks. Serious abuse—including malware, phishing, fraud, DDoS activity, or unauthorized access—may result in immediate action without prior notice. Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable.
🌐 Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, hardware failures, network outages, upstream providers, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.
⚖️ Legal Compliance
Customers must comply with all applicable laws when using hyperNET services. If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable law will prevail while the remaining provisions remain in effect.
