Server won't start

Check the Console for the first red error line — it almost always names the file or plugin that failed. Remove the offending plugin/mod and restart.

Out of memory

The container was killed because it exceeded its RAM limit. Either reduce view distance / plugin count, or upgrade the plan.

Connection refused

• Make sure the server status is Running
• Confirm you are using the exact IP:port from the panel
• Some networks block non-standard ports — try a hotspot to rule that out

Payment not confirmed

Crypto confirmations can take up to 30 minutes. If the invoice is still pending after that, open a ticket in Discord with your transaction hash.
